Jay Smith: His side of the story
I've read, and in this order, Echoes in the Darkness, Principal Suspect, Engaged to Murder and finally Jay Smith's book..Joseph Wambaugh and the Jay Smith case. What a journey of the Main Line Murders, court system, corrupt people, you name it.I gave Jay Smith five stars beause he was able to get his book out. There are many grammical mistakes and the order is here and there, but the point is, It's his story. A man off death row, double jeopardy, a first for a case like this and his journey to get out. I give him five stars for getting his voice out there so we as readers can see all the facts from all the different books and judge for ourselves what really happened.

THE RANTINGS OF JAY SMITH
Smith gets three stars for the ability to get this book published. If a person is interested in the saga of Susan Reinert being murdered by William Bradfield, it is worth reading. If someone discovered this book by accident and know nothing about the case, they need to read "Echoes In The Darkness", "Prime Suspect", and "Engaged To Murder".This book is so badly written and basically is designed to convince people that Jay Smith was a nice guy, who got accused by a devious murderer of murder and then was steamrolled by the legal system that dumped him on death row.Smith did get railroaded by the legal system and he was probably innocent of the murder but he was not a nice person. He also is not a very good writer but someone with a good understanding of the Reinert murder will find the book interesting to read.
