Running for three weeks - so far, so good
I've been running the Mr. Aqua Turbo Diffuser 400 for about three weeks now with none of the issues reported by the other reviews so far. The diffuser works well, creating very small micro bubbles in my tank. I'm running a high-tech set up - around 1 to 1.5 bubbles per second. The Diffuser is all you see in the picture, no other items are included. You'll need your own tubing, bubble counter, check valves, etc if you're using them. The one thing of note for the 400 is that it's a pretty decently sized unit - it takes up about the same amount of space as a circulation pump (like the Hydor Koralia Nano 240). The suction doesn't seem very strong - I have some java moss and the free-floating bits always seem to find their way into anything with suction - so far, none on this unit's intake. So far the unit is working flawlessly, but I'll update should that change.

Noisy
I really wanted to like this - seemed like a great idea, just poor execution or perhaps a defective sample. Made a lot of noise when running, which is not acceptable to me. Will return.

Maybe I just had bad luck?
I installed this and at first it worked quietly and produced very small bubbles. Then one day, one of my smaller Cory catfish got sucked into the intake and died. From that point on, this thing was super loud. Even after taking the impeller out, cleaning and reassembling this thing was so loud I could hear it in the next room. Maybe I had bad luck and the unit got damaged? The instructions were not in English BTW but not like you need them - very straight forward to install.I have to say this thing has the best suction cups I have ever seen and I might reuse them for my radar detector.

Too loud
I'm sure it's an effective diffuser/reactor, but it's loud. I planned to use this inside my aquarium, but removed it after 10 minutes. If you plan to use it in a sump tank inside a cabinet, it would probably be fine. I went back to a regular ceramic diffuser.

Mr Aqua CO2 Turbo diffuser 400
I like this product because it all shield around the unit so the small snails cannot get into it. It works good.
