The recipes are simple enough. I love seafood of all types. Found out I'm not crazy about smoked seafoods.

I was really excited about this book and loved the images and recipes I could see in the preview, however the cook book that arrived had only black and white pictures, weird spaced out font, and was just super cheap looking and feeling. Returning as it is not what was advertised and isn't nice enough to give as a gift. Recipes still look good, for what that's worth.
