This series is a really good read, even though you can read them individually I would recommend you start at the beginning getting to know the characters is fun, can not wait for the next one.J

Living in Scottsdale it is great to have novels situated in my own back yard.

This time we see Laura on the quest to find a dead body and an artifact. Throw in some new good and bad characters as well as recurring older ones. Laura's assignments seem to be a standard hazard to her life. The Black Death operations and Tony/Max's organization can't quite seem to agree on business but with some negotiations between Danielle and Laura things are looking up both in a business and personnel level. Reno just can't accept Laura's involvement in any criminal associations so boohoo to him but yay for Max who is not affraid of what might hapen. Plus it really is thrilling skirting the law with a stud beside you. We're in for a wild ride next time as Laura says from her predictions the next chapter is just starting.

I love this series. I hope there's more stories about Laura and her detective works. Is there a book 6 coming anytime soon??

I can't stop reading these great stories! Please keep writing! The I'm world needs Laura Black and her friends! Its pretty cold where I'm at I could use a little Arizona heat! I'm heading to book 6 Scottsdale Shuffle. Good stories,likable characters,always a little humor,no explicit sex but a bit of fun and romance. Really like hearing all the new bits about Arizona. Recommend this book and entire series so far! Scottsdale Shuffle starting now!
