When it comes to military fiction, I used to look up to Tom Clancy as reference...Now I probably have to rethink...Good job Ted, keep them coming...

This is the first of Ted Halstead’s books I’ve read and thoroughly enjoyed it. The premise of China attacking Taiwan to reunify is very believable and will certainly one day happen and I hope the results are similar. The story moves along quickly and the characters are well formed. I look forward to reading other books by this author.

This series of books defies you to put them down once you have started reading them. Hence the keep you up all night comment. Great characters, well written narrative and fast paced action which almost forces you to speed read to keep up. Looking forward to the next book.

This was my first exposure to Ted’s writing and I enjoyed the plot and action, even though I was confused at times about who was zooming whom.

Obviously a lot of research has been done in writing this series and it has paid off handsomely.in the telling of the tale. I recommend this author as one of the best.

I really enjoyed reading this book. It was well written without typos or other distractions. The characters and intrigue were well thought out and hopefully remain fiction. Good job!
