Perfect post op!
I had thumb surgery and was important to keep the cast dry this worked perfectly and had a great silicone seal at the top. I have to not get this wet for about 6 weeks so hopefully it hold ups but so far so good

Not good for high arm casts
I have a high arm cast ( mid bicep) it doesn’t cover the whole cast without my hand in a fist and having it so tight it hurts . Not great .
