Toto 9BU002E Flush Valve Gasket for Soiree, Guinevere Toilet

The toilet was probably 10-ish years old. Leaking at the base of the flush valve (which became clear once I let it fill up, shut off the water, and watched the tank slowly drain to the very bottom). Took out the flush valve, and found the factory seal deteriorated to the point of crumbling in my fingers. Got this part, and it appears to be a direct replacement (the product image is wrong -- the gasket I got is red, just like the original I took out)

Toto USA confirmed this gasket also works on the Toto Drake toilets. A noticeable difference is that the gasket is red instead of black and it is a bit thicker than the original gasket. It works perfectly.After reading feedback that people still had a leak after installing this Flush Valve Gasket, it’s possible it was installed incorrectly. The picture on the left is the orientation I used if you’re looking down your tank. It sits between your Flush Valve and Toilet Tank. The picture on the right shows the difference of both sides. There are no instructions on the Toto packaging it comes in.
