A very good-looking and practical chef's knife, simple in appearance and not old-fashioned. I bought it when I saw it. What's more surprising is that it comes with a sharpener, which I have never seen before. So far I have used cutting watermelon, it is very easy. This knife is sufficient for daily cutting meat and fruits. I am currently using this knife to make usual fruit salads or fat-reducing meals, and the effect is very good.

It w ergonomic, easy to hold, and maneuverable. The reason I am giving it one star is it's not sharp. When you see "razor sharp", you have certain expectations. When I washed it the first time, it didn't leave a mark on the sponge. Let alone cut it. I tried to cut an apple to test it out. I expected it to pierce the skin with very little effort. It didn't cut through, but I had to put some force behind it. It doesn't even cut as well as the dull knife I am trying to replace. I am sending it back. Take your chances if you want, but I recommend buying another knife.

This knife is the best my husband and I have owned - it slices through everything like butter. It cuts through meat and fish with ease and accuracy, and it also allows you to slice vegetables thinly and precisely. With its sharp blade, I can cut very fine slices of tomato, for example, without crushing the tomato at all. The design is ergonomic and allows for fluid motion when slicing, and it's easy and comfortable to hold. Cleaning is easy, as well. The knife comes with a sharpener, which is great, except I wasn't quite sure how to use it; instructions would have been helpful for those of us who aren't accustomed to maintaining high quality knives like this one.
