Smoking Food: A Guide to Smoking Meat, Fish & Seafood, Vegetables, Cheese, Nuts and Other Treats

Not sure about this yet, it has a Heavy American theme which may not be useable in the UK. I'm new to smoking so perhaps I should have bought a more simple /Basic book

I really couldn't recommend this. It's a bit misleading in that there are more recipes than technique about smoking. It's also pretty thin in pages and all round bad value.

Great book for the beginner, really helped understand the principles. All you need to do is experiment and learn to create wonderful tasting food.

Bought a table top smoker for £1 from a car boot at the end of October. Now hooked in smoking all types of food. This book was excellent, cheap & cheerful. Thanks

great for me as a food smoker beginner, great ideas that I would never have thought of some foods you can smoke first run on a pastrami this week!!!
