I love the length and durability, as well as the added bonus of safety, with the reflective strips. Often walking my dog at night, this helps me feel better about drivers, bikers and scooter riders seeing my dog to avoid any accidents.

I usually don't write reviews, but I have been saying to myself for 2 weeks that I really need to leave a review for the Max and Neo leash and collar because they are so fabulous and I am so happy with them. I bought the blue leash and matching collar. They have a little bit of a sheen which really looks sharp and my boy looks so handsome with them on. And I absolutely love the reflective stitching too. I like a simple, sturdy leash and this one fits the bill. There is just a little bit of padding on the neoprene handle which makes it comfortable, but not too bulky. The clasp is simple and seems heavy duty and I think it will last for a long time. The simple ring attachment near the handle works great for poop bags and/or a carabiner. I love the collar just as much. It has a durable plastic buckle, then a lock for another layer of security. There is a sturdy leash ring, and a separate loop for tags to cut down on noise. Plus I love the company's philanthropic mission to donate to shelters. All of this for a very reasonable price. I'm a girl that loves the look and quality of Ruffwear, but couldn't afford Ruffwear prices on these particular purchases. But Max and Neo did not disappoint! One thing to note - I really wanted a simple, affordable harness to match, which the same reflective stitching. I wasn't thrilled with Max and Neo's harness option so I went ahead with a step-in harness from Lupine Leash in a similar color, but unfortunately no reflective stitching.

Please don't ask me why my pup goes into biting mode when I clip on and off his lead from his collar. (Fortunately he lets me take it off for his weekly bath.) So I had to look long and hard for a lead that would stand up to being dragged around all day and was just the right length and weight. After several tries this one is a winner. Well made and very stylish, it even has light reflecting stitches for safety in the dark. I is highly recommended.

This is my go-to extra leash. I am a dog walker and sitter so I keep extra leashes for emergencies (broken leashes and such). I also have arthritis in my hands and a soft handle on a leash is a big deal for me. This leash ticks all the boxes for me. The perfect length, easy to hold and the clasp is sturdy - no accidental disengaging from harnesses or collars - but easy to clip on and off. Totally recommend (I've purchase 3 just to have on hand).

Recently got this new leash for my dog since his old one was really worn. I like the sturdiness of this leash and the reflective stitching. I gave this four stars because it already started to show wear after a few weeks. But we do use it a lot and the price point was decent.

When we adopted our boys the shelter had given them collars from this brand. We didn't know whether it was a good brand or not but we decided to take a chance and order the matching leashes. They are so much nicer than our old ones! Strong and flat, reflective, and the cushion in the handle is so nice compared to other brands we've used. When I read that they are also a socially conscious company I was so glad to know that! Would definitely purchase again. Thanks guys!

These leashes are well made, heavy duty and have padded handles. In addition they donate products to shelters for every purchase. This is how I found this brand. I got one of these with my dog when I adopted her.

Love the feel and look of this leash. The handle has nice comfort. Much thicker than most small dog leashes. My only thing is I wish they had the thinner ones with the double handle. Sometimes when I'm walking both my dogs we are on a busy road and I like to keep them closer to me for their safety and with having the 2 handles I am able to control that much better. But other than that is an amazing brand with great quality.

Tried a few different leashes and this one worked the best for me and my 15lbs dog - the metal clasp is not heavy unlike other leashes of the same size. The padding on the handle and the d-ring are good additions. I wish they sold the 6 FT x 5/8" wide leash with a traffic handle!

Very well made. The thickness is nice and colour. Cushion held handle.

The leash was beautiful soft handle great colour and I especially liked the double sided night visible stiching. Unfortunately the clip did not fit the ring on the service dog medal ring.

Love this leash! My dog likes to pull and the second handle prevents her from doing any pulling! It’s a very strong leash with nice padding!
