Great mouth tape, I did have a couple duds in the package (small sections were not sticky). The majority of mouth tapes had nothing wrong with them and have been amazing to sleep with on!I never would have imagined I would sleep so well. It took me a week to actually notice a difference, I no longer wake up tired. It’ll be interesting to see how sleeping patterns improve over the next several months.

The actual package of tapes arrived sealed with no damage but when I opened it 2 pieces were missing from one sheet and another was hanging off the sheet and stuck to the other so had to pull them apart. Received 45 functional tapes.

Found these on an Instagram reel. I get such a deeper sleep when I use these! When I wake up my throat never hurts since it helps with snoring.

I was excited about this product but the smell disappoints. I love the idea of this mouth tape, and it seems to do its intended purpose. However, the tape has a very distinct chemical smell. The chemical smell is all I can smell when I am breathing through my nose. That is not enjoyable. I've only tried it once. Maybe I'll try airing them out in hopes that the smell goes away.

I’ve always been a mouth breather especially after my accident, I broke my whole face in a car accident and had to have reconstructive surgery through ny mouth.. it altered a lot of my muscles in the inside of my lips therefor making the mouth breathing worse because of the muscle tension pulling my upper lip so when I’m relaxed and sleeping I can’t shut my mouth all the way because in it in full control of the muscle. The second night I wore these it was an absolute miracle I actually woke up less drowsy (mind you I haven’t slept good where I woke up feeling refreshed since the accident and it’s been 10 years) my eyes just opened up and I felt like I was ready to get up. My mouth wasn’t super dry and disgusting, usually the muscles in one eye are really lazy and it takes me a while or dry eye to really wake up and BOOM two night of wearing this mouth tape suddenly everything I had been experiencing that I thought I had to live with forever was basically gone… I cried, kid you not. I told my boyfriend how amazing I felt AND CRIED in relief and joy! So if I could tell anyone to do anything (which I’ve been telling everyone) that if you’re a mouth breather when you sleep and you are foggy headed or whatever other symptoms come from MB then this is a NUST! I’ll never not tape my mouth now. It’s a part of my permanent routine and for damn good reason. (:

I thought I’d feel claustrophobic but they totally help me sleep and they don’t feel restrictive.

This is crazy but these tape strips have improved the small space between my two front teeth. It joined the gap. It’s remarkable!

Don’t bother with anything else, these work perfectly

I've seen this product and have heard the benefits of breathing strictly through your nose at night! Got them for my boyfriend to try out and we both like them! Cool to try but won't be using them every night. Noticed a little bit of a difference in that we had a deeper sleep, and it almost builds a habit & trains you to try and breathe through just your nose at night. I'd definitely try it if you're curious.

The first one I bought worked great but the second order has been a waste of money as they don’t stick or stay on. What a shame.

This product does not stay on and then the adhesive they use does not stick. Would not recommend this product.
