Wig was the perfect way to finish my Halloween 1970's rock star look. I bought most of my stuff on Amazon including the wig, shirt, and fake mustache. The other odds and ends I got from a thrift store. The wig stayed on all night and didn't hurt my head or make me too hot. I took 2nd place at the party for best costume.Needless to say most of the people there didn't even recognize me and loved my costume. This is a great costume wig. We used it for a shaggy costume. It’s your typical wig. It did come a little tangled we had to brush it out. We also ended up trimming the back. It kinda looked more like a mullet. With a little TLC we were able to transform the wig to what we wanted it to look like. My boyfriend has a large head and the wig was a great fit. He did complain it was a little itchy through out the night but then again what costume wig isn’t? Overall we were very happy with this purchase.

My daughter is being Scooby, I'm being Daphne, and my husband is being Shaggy for Halloween. I got my husband this wig since it was the closest thing I could find to convincingly be Shaggy. As with pretty much any Rubie's wig, the quality is just so so. The wig sheds a lot and there is a bald spot in the back, which I had to cover the best I could. I gave it a trim since Shaggy's hair isn't quite this long and it worked out fine. It fit his head as expected and he says it was comfortable enough to wear for a short time, though it did make his head overheat. If you're looking for a Shaggy wig, this is a good pick.

This wig was great! My husband and I dressed as John Lennon and Yoko Ono for Halloween. The wig was thick, shiny, and easy to style. Perfect for occasion. Great job on this one!

Got this wig for my husbands Shaggy costume. We had to trim up the back because it was a little bit long in the back. He also mentioned it was itchy when he wore it, but I’m sure that can be avoided with a wig cap. Isn’t the best quality, but it serves its purpose.

This wig is awful. I knew it would be a "costume" wig, but the quality is so disappointing. My husband tried it on after receiving it and it was shedding hair everywhere. I decided to brush the wig gently to see if I could get the loose hair out of the wig so the shedding would stop. If I keep brushing this wig, it will just be a mesh cap. Do not purchase!

My expectations were much higher based on the reviews of this product.What I liked:elastic skull cap is comfortablelooks exactly as pictured and very realisticWhat I didn't like:very cheap construction, simply touching the wig will cause the "hair" to detach and fall out. It gets everywhere.As noted in by others, the "hair" in the front is very long and for most people would require cutting/trimming or to be held back with a hat or headband.Bottom line: this is essentially a single use item, but for the price it's an okay deal.

My husband wore this wig for his Shaggy Halloween costume. We had to cut it a little and style it to fit the part but it did the trick. He said it itched him all night and was beyond uncomfortable however.

I bought this wig as it looked like the closest I would get to one which would allow me to dress up as Shaggy from Scooby Doo.On the plus side, it's a decent enough quality costume wig, much better quality than the ones you would purchase from pound shops and the like. It arrived retail boxed, and is adult sized. The 'hair' is a little shiny and nylon-looking, but it is thick and attached well, giving full coverage.The main issue that I have with the wig is that the picture is, to my eyes, quite misleading in terms of colour. I needed a gingery/light brown wig, which this appears to be. However, upon arrival, it is very blonde - more Fred than Shaggy.Also, if like me you're hoping to be Shaggy, you'll need to take a lot off the back, as its got quite a few bouncy blonde ringlets.
