I believe this type is rock type. This means when you take off the lid of the container, you will be able to sniff. They are not individual packages.

No it's not jelly its like you know those scent connection you plug in well the long spongy thing well it reminds me of that as in texture it's a capsule size with small amount of that and when you pop the aroma of capsule releases it's not liquidy it's just smell..then you discard the capsule size thing

I use this stuff every so often. DONT take a big whiff. It’s a bit much. Instead. A little big gets you there and wakes ya up when you need it in the gym.
