I hung this in the living room,it looks fab.The kinks soon dropped out of the wires,great light given from recommended led bulbs.Pleased with my purchase

That the wire is bent and takes ages to straighten...

This will never look like the picture
The cables are quite heavy for their purpose and come tightly curled up. Impossible to straighten so you end up with a light that just looks incredibly messy. I stripped the light down with thoughts of replacing the cables and found that the wires are simply pushed into a spring clip within the bulb holder. I don't know if this meets British Standards but it didn't meet mine. Wires and holders going in the bin. The bit that screws to the ceiling is fine.
