The holes are all sealed so there is no suction created. The manufacturer has made a defective product. I opened it for use after 2 months and highly disappointed with product.

All the parts i needed and then some for my breast pump. This really helped give me a break inbetween cleaning pump parts .

I am mostly happy with my order. The price was great and the items seem to be as good of quality as Medela. However, I ordered a size 29mm and received a 19mm. Obviously that is unusable for me, but I need all the other items asap and don't have time to play around with returns. Luckily I still have some that will work with this but it would have been much nicer to receive what I ordered and had extra.Good quality but just be prepared to possibly get the wrong size.

This package was an amazing price for everything it came with. The parts are durable and easier to clean than actual medela parts. Lots.of instructions for sterilizing and cleaning came in the box. I have never been so impressed when ordering pump parts. Also the flange is all connected instead of in 2 pieces which I like for cleaning. And the inside of the flange mechanism is easier to clean than the actual Medela brand one. I couldn't say more good things about this product.

Perfect fit for the Medela pump in style. Like that the flange is one piece instead of two like the one that comes with the pump, easier to clean in my opinion. Only downside is the filter that attaches to the bottom is harder to take off than the original parts. Totally worth the price tag.
