The media could not be loaded. Serve it's purpose. You have to pump 5 to 6 times to get the ink out.

Very handy for hp cartridges
Working fine for hp cartridges....

Not compatible with HP802 cartridges
HP 802 cartridges are too large to fit the holding device, though description claims they are compatible. Will have to look elsewhere. Money wasted.
