I bought this to put under my knees as I work on my bed under a fairly low folding lap desk. I didn't want a giant bolster to push my knees up against the underside of the desk, so I gave this a shot. It's the perfect height and amount of support for me (I'm tall, have lower back pain and posture like a vulture). It's small enough that it fits into the corner of my bed frame, so I don't have to find a place to store it when I'm using the bed for sleep and, miraculously, no off-gassing funk to air out - it smelled fine right out of the packaging. Good quality and good price.

This bolster is great to use for the cervical and lumber region of the body. You can use it of you have a smaller or short client as well but its half the length of an average table so its too short to use as a bolster for an "Average " person. You woukd need two of them of you wanted to use then under the knees and to support the ankles.

This product was very good and I still use it to this day. It is very soft and always fluff back up after I get off of it and the colors did not fade over the months that I have owned it and I have used it every single day and it has helped my back With good lumbar support. For the price, I am very happy
