Superb Quality with faulty mechanism
Power hydralic and tilter are not working as they have to do.The quality is good but the chair is like a phone without sim and internet. As usual Amazon support 5* .but you should have taken care before it shipped.

Tilted and uncomfortable.
The chair backrest is tilted from day 1 and is clearly visible.Quality is okay but won't recommed because it as costly and it is better to buy from a local vendor after being satisfied with quality.
