High Quality and trustworthy company
I have a heavy duty truck with several hard to reach grease points. This coupler really made a difference in time and frustration. Super easy to slide on to the fitting with no bleed out. I used a 1/8 zerk fitting to attach to this so I don't have to unscrew my normal coupler. Works great!

This name brand piece is the way to go!
I’ve tried cheap versions of this right angle grease fitting and they don’t work the same. This one works great! I installed a grease fitting to the threaded end, and just pop this on the hard to reach grease fittings we have, and pop my regular grease gun to that and it greases perfectly. In this instance, we replaced some suspension components on one of our vehicles with grease able versions and the fittings are only accessible with this tool.Spend the extra few dollars and get THIS one!

The circumference of the opening was way too small which left me with a useless tool and a few dollars lighter
I received this item and attempted to use it right away to start lubricating fairly inaccessible lube points on our motor home. I noticed, prior to use, it had grease residue extruding from the port that fits over the zerk fitting.Unless my application was in error, I could not fit the slotted right angle piece onto the fitting. The circumference of the opening was way too small which left me with a useless tool and a few dollars lighter.I was disappointed in its lack of application for my particular circumstances.UPDATE:I revisited the usage of this slotted right-angle 90 degree coupler and changed my rating from one star to four stars. Instead of trying to press the tool onto the zerk fitting, it has to be slid over the fitting and carefully placed so that it can serve as a perfect mating to deliver the grease.I did not know this prior to my first use and now the application of the tool makes sense.

AMAZING -- It doesn't make me 30 again, but it does help keep 61YO from feeling like 91YO.
Okay, I know this is going to sound like a paid endorsement -- but it's NOT.I'm a mid 60-ish senior, who just arrived late to owning, operating and (of course) MAINTAINING ATVs.I was killing myself -- arthritis in hands, chronic pain in joints and vertebrae -- from trying to lube all 19 lube points on my 2011 Polaris 850. Twisting hands and arms trying to reach them...laying down or kneeling on concrete garage floor trying to improve accessibility. Not to mention that some lube points aren't accessible, period, without removing some front hardware and/or body panels.Reading online, I found that 90 Degree couplers are a big help. That led to me Amazon and this little critter of 90-Deg Coupler.AMAZING. Coupled with an 18" grease hose (no springs or bracing) from Harbor Freight, suddenly I could reach and actually get connected to nearly ALL of the lube points, easily and without having to do the Gumby contortion routine. A couple were still difficult to reach, but I figured out some (to me) innovative approaches to them, thanks to that online video website I'm probably not supposed to name. This little thing is a gem. Worked like a charm. Vastly improved the level of pain I had to endure when doing simple lubrication on my ATV by making the access much, much simpler!! (Now, for all the other DIY neophite handymen, I must point out -- that doesn't mean zero pain. It still hurts even to do the simple things like squeeze the handle on the grease gun. My ATV still has some hard-to-reach lube points that require some contortions that, well, are just going to hurt an old fella with arthritis and other conditions. In sum: this Coupler doesn't make me 30 again...it just helps keep 61 from feeling more like 91.THANK YOU, Lincoln. You've helped an older and disabled guy stretch out his active years just a bit more, and THAT is invaluable. THANK YOU, Amazon, for selling it online -- I couldn't find a local place that carried it (admittedly, I live in a rural community). My only regret is that I didn't discover this type of grease gun fitting far earlier in life. Would have made life easier, and maintenance faster, on a lot of other lubrication tasks. To complete the picture, this 90 Degree Coupler is obviously very high-quality. I particular appreciate that it isn't hard to push onto the zerks (okay, maybe for the first couple, but than it eased up), yet I still could feel the distinct "click" when the fitting was correctly positioned on the zerk. That actually saved me from wasting grease, because the fitting was clearly secure, whereas other couplers I've used (of all types) don't always give you that distinct "click."Again, thanks to Lincoln and Amazon.

Worked just fine - not sure why some are having issues with this fitting.
My 2004 Suburban has one zerk fitting (the one for the idler arm) tucked underneath the AC compressor, with only about 1.5 inches of clearance. I own the 1134 Lincoln Grease Gun, and the standard fitting would not fit in the small space. Thus I made the decision to give this fitting a try.As always, I first read the reviews on this part to get a sense how folks were faring with the fitting. It was immediately apparent that this was getting either "hot or cold" reviews, where some found it to be just fine, others went as far as calling it garbage and a waste of money. Whenever I see this kind of dichotomy in reviews, I realize there may be a risk purchasing it... sometimes the negative reviews tell the story. When I took this fitting out of the clamshell, the first thing I noticed was there was some sort of dried clear, caulk like substance in the tip. I am not sure if this was a byproduct or the manufacture, or a grease coating or what. Either way, I cleaned it out first with a probe to make sure it was all clear. I then screwed the fitting on the 1134 Grease Gun hose, and gave it a test squeeze. The first stream of grease was very thin, so I poked it again, tried another pull - and voila, a full stream of grease. So next, to see how it worked on my fitting. The first time I tried it on the tight fitting, grease came out the sides, and did not go into the zerk. I thought "Uh-oh", could the bad reviews be true. Persevering, I cleaned off the fitting, then paid close attention to how I fit the end onto the zerk. I put it on at as close to a 90 degree mating angle as possible gave it a little push and heard / felt a "click". Ahhh, this time it locked on. It did not do that the first time. I then held it tight to the zerk, at 90 degrees, and pulled the trigger on the grease gun. Success!! The grease went into the fitting perfectly for 5-6 pumps, until the boot was filled successfully!!Next, when I went to pull the fitting off of the zerk, it was locked on there tight - much like the standard 1134 fittings lock on extra tight. Having already used the standard fitting, I gave this 90 degree fitting a firm tug (keeping it at 90 degrees), and it popped off no problem.Bottom line - this fitting did exactly what it supposed to do. I am very pleased with the 1134 grease gun, and now the same with the 90 fitting. Worked like a champ for me!!Recommended for tight spot zerks with little clearance above - I have used it on two fittings now with no issue. If problems do arise in the future with this fitting, I will update my review. Thanks for reading.

Worked great on my Chev S-10
fit my old blue grease gun which is at least as old as I am and then worked perfectly to lube my previously impossible to get at grease zerks on the front end of the Chev S-10. Highly recommend! Just like other reviewers have mentioned you will know when it clicks on the zerk and is ready to deliver grease.

Makes Life a bit Easier
I didn't write a review on this for a while after receiving it- but now I've used it for some time - I will honestly say I love it- I have had a bearing with a grease nipple from hell and always ended up having a temper tantrum when attempting to apply some grease- this unit worked wonders and turned a 10 minute job into a couple of seconds. I love it.

works well, bit odd to use but works.
I tried the Lincoln 5883 Slotted Right Angle (90 Degree) Coupler, and it works okay. I found it a bit odd to use, and it doesn't hold as well as I'd hoped. While it gets the job done, it’s not my favorite option. Overall, it’s an okay product, but there may be better alternatives out there.
