Back strap is 1.5 in and hooks are 3/4 in apart

Some other brands of nursing bras may have similar plastic clasps, so it may work okay with that other product. There is a risk of it coming unclipped or not securing as well since it may not perfectly match like the Quick Release Clips on Bravado products are designed to do.
