They were exactly what the description said. The chickens have stood on them and torn them off but they didn’t break. We were able to reattach and keep on moving. Overall we are satisfied

I tried the smaller cups where they had to push the inside piece to get the water to fill the cups. My chikens never caught on, so I bought these since they self filling. They are very nice and big, fit perfectly in the holes I already drilled for the old ones, and work great. However, I think due to the size/weight in the cups, the plastic wing nuts on the inside come loose/kinda make the cups leak a little bit. But, I just lightly tighten them every time I fill the bucket and it seems to be just fine.

So far so good seem to be working good except 2 kept sticking and kept running and I had to keep messing with them so I just changed them out with others that I didn't use yet. Easy for the chickens to drink from and they just fill back up unlike those ones with the thing they have to peck to death to get a drop of water. Great Product!

I really like the idea of these waters, we did have to add some silicone around each one to stop the leaks and a few of the bowls keep over flowing I haven't figured out a way to stop this from happening but for now they will work. My silkie chicks had no issues figuring out how to use them.

These water bowls fasten in drilled holes in a 5gallon bucket to make a chicken watered, the work but you may need to seal them better with a good adhesive to keep the joint from leaking. I will probably buy again.

The wingnuts kept coming loose on the inside of the bucket to which I had attached the water in cups what I ended up having to do in order to use this product was put hot glue around the wing nuts and around the outside cups in order for the water to stay in the bucket and fill the cups properly

4 stars for convenience, but more convenient for the chickens! I used 3/8 bit to drill holes and it leaked terribly, I managed to stop the leak by using hot glue to act aa a sealant and it worked perfectly. I got the 6pk and only used 4 on a standard bucket to keep others in case something breaks. But the chickens learned quickly and they seem to like it. I have 13 for reference and will most likely order another 6 for a 2nd bucket since it's hot South Tx.

These work well, only issue is the wingnut is plastic and will loosen over time, still a good product.
