I have an embroidery business (@evolingmadre) and use hoops almost everyday. So I need to buy in bulk.Wanted to try these out and when I received the .. this looks like mold to me. And one of them had crayon markings on them. 🙄So that was annoying rubbing out. And I hope mold doesn’t start to grow soo.. I’ll be watching it

I would not use these while working on a craft - there is enough gapage to drive you nuts because you would constantly be adjusting tension. But, I did not purchase them for that purpose. I have my favorite embroidery hoop that I use while working on a piece. I wanted these to use for my finished items. I wrapped them in ribbon and/or painted them. Perfect! They are all the same size and have the old style closure that I wanted. Great for crafts like punch needle, embroidery, cross stitch, crochet, etc. Simple basic decorative hoops.

Looking at the other products that came together, this broken part seems to be the connection part. I can use other things, but this is so damaged that I can't use it at all.In addition, the undamaged products do not fit perfectly like the second picture, or the part that is not the connection is slightly dug like if it were hit somewhere.

A little hard to keep fabric tight enough for me on some of the hoops. I have trouble tightening the screw so that could be all me.

Received in a reasonable amount of time, found them to be nicely constructed and nicely priced.

I was so excited to try these out but disappointment soon set in. I had to work on 9 of these hoops. They tried but obviously who ever makes them, doesn't use them. The wood is nice but there were 9 hoops with splinters all around them. Just a hit or two with the finest sandpaper fixed them. I don't think you should have to work on a new product.The next thing I noticed is that the screw in the top to close the hoop is all of the way out before I can get the interior hoop out. There isn't any room to put the fabric in the hoop and screw it together to keep it in to cross stitch on. I can get the fabric in but there is no room to adjust the screw. Thanks but no thanks.

I am collecting supplies for helping teach woman and girls how to embroider to help them earn money to support themselves and their families. It is so nice to get embroidery hoops all in the same size so that they will have things consistent for their classes. Nice hoops. The bamboo ones are so much lighter weight than the hoop I used 50+ years ago to learn to embroider with.I appreciate receiving these. Thank you.

These are very good quality. They are smooth, have a heavier weight, and even the hardware feels sturdier than the hoops I've purchased recently at my local craft/fabric stores. I'll need to order more in other sizes since many of my designs are larger than 4 inches. Definitely a must-have if you do a lot of arts and crafts.
