We switched to this shampoo/conditioner and love it! Our hair is super soft, clean, and mine feels so much thicker. For me, the hardest part getting use to was the scent (came from terrible Pantene/expensive salon stuff, etc with heavy perfumes) it's an all natural scent. I think getting used to the rosemary was what took the longest to adjust too and you can't even smell it after being washed/dried. This is definitely our household shampoo/conditioner.

So overall I gave it a 3 rating because the shampoo is okay. I bought the shampoo and conditioner twin pack. First, my package came damaged (not likely the sellers fault) but when I reached out to the company they wanted me to send back the damaged product. I didn't, as I don't even know how to package up a container with shampoo and conditioner pouring out. But, I did want to try it so I had them send me new. First thing you should know is it smells like nothing other than apple cider vinegar. I have been using it for a good 2 months and do not see any progress with breakage or growth. The shampoo is fine enough but the conditioner makes my hair feel and look thinner. For this reason I will not be placing another order.

This is now my favorite shampoo/conditioner. It leaves my hair gleaming, feeling thicker, smooth and light (not weighted down with product). I love it.

I will never buy this product again. The smell is awful and it has made my scalp itch. I just now got arund to ttrying this out. I bought in February and now I wish I had tried it sooner because now it is too late to get my money back on this. My husband and my mama even told me my hair stunk after using this Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo and Conditioner.

I wanted to love this shampoo because I like the brand and I like ACV but this shampoo makes my hair oily immediately after washing
