Good approximation of original sources.
Easy to read but as with translations of ancient stuff which sources to use? A smattering of versions are included which helps fix remembered disparities.

No review as the book was a gift. Maybe I'll borrow it back to read at some point,. Anyway, hard to critique a work that has been around for so long. There is something to be said for longevity if nothing else. The Lindy Effect I suppose.
