I was really excited for this to come in as I’ve been seeing this all over social media but after trying it I’m not really crazy about this. I feel like the weight isn’t heavy enough to give me a work out and the knobs that go around your waist are uncomfortable. You also need a lot of space to prevent hitting anyone or breaking items. I live in a studio so if my boyfriend is home I can’t use it.

I took it right out of the box and had it fitted and working in just a few minutes without reading the instructions.Will I be entering a body building competition due to the amazing effects of this fancy hoola hoop? NopeDoes my dog think I am throwing a ball each time I get it started and look at me in disgust when he realizes he has been 'had' once again. YupWill I play with this and get a little cardio in here and there? Oh yeah.The belt is easy to size. The magnetic latch is easy to secure. There are little spring loaded pressure points along the inside of the belt to help you gyrate into a fitter you. The weighted ball at the end is soft but sturdy. As a very clumsy person I see me hitting many things with it around the house. I think the ball will survive my efforts. It is very nice to be able to adjust the length of the tether. That has helped me not be quite so destructive.Overall this is a nice device to use as an excuse to get up and move.

Easy to assemble. Fun way to drop some inches. Planning on using it every days for 30 days for at least 20+ minutes and will post an update.
