My daughter started Tae Kwon Do at school and has super gotten into it. She was told to work on her hits and kicks so we got these so a) it would be like class and b) she would not hurt herself...or someone else. These are great. The quality is spot on. It is amazing how you can hit it so hard without it hurting. My daughter is super happy about these and the fact she can show me what she is learning as well. I have no previous experience with these, but these are pretty great in my humble opinion.
