Perfect and complete music theory curriculum for my 11 year old son. I am also learning as I teach him. It's well structured and clearly set out. The free music app is a lovely touch. This is definitely a fantastic option for someone wanting to teach and support their child in self learning music theory. We still watch YouTube videos about what we're learning in the book. Overall, this book offers a good solid foundation for learning the language of music. Can't praise it enough. Highly recommend.

Very nice book for learning music

I recommend this to my adult students learning an instrument as beginners, and my junior students starting out. It's a great introduction to theory up to AMEB / ABRSM grade 5. Carefully presented and logical, with good explanations; recommended.
