Purchased this mirror for my daughter she loves it. Able to sit on her desk, lots of light options to choose from. No set up required. Has Bluetooth capability so you can listen to tunes. Overall great purchase.

An und für sich ein sehr schöner Spiegel. Die Lampen wirken in echt etwas kleiner, als auf den Bildern, aber das ist kein Problem.Jedoch hat der Spiegel den ich erhalten habe andere Knöpfe als auf den Fotos. Und ihm fehlt die angegebene Bluetooth Funktion. Preis Leistung ist im Gegensatz zu anderen Spiegeln trotzdem top.

Ich finde es schade, dass ich vor ca. 6 Monaten einen Spiegel gekauft habe und das Licht nicht funktioniert.Nun habe ich einen nicht funktionierenden Spiegel und weiß nicht, was ich damit anfangen soll.Ich würde mich freuen, wenn ich kontaktiert werde.Für 180€ denke ich, sollte man eine Lösung finden

Der Spiegel kam komplett kaputt an, ich habe 2 Jahre Garantie gekauft und jetzt gibt es mir nur die Möglichkeit, ihn zurückzugeben, und ich möchte einen Spiegelwechsel, nicht das Geld 😠

Update: Amazon said they could not exchange it because we had already exchanged the first broken one. Amazon told me to contact the seller and maybe they’d make it right. I did. Seller agent told me to remove the MANY screws on the back and send them a picture. I have to admit that this was especially frustrating to do with so many screws because my fingers were still healing from getting cut up on the first shipment. The workings inside had come dislodged and unglued. When being held in place the lights work but the Bluetooth is still sketchy. It stopped working when I tried to use the phone charging port. Ugh… I got a response from a different agent offering a full refund for the whole inconvenience after they read my review. I thought “that’s reasonable. I don’t have to put it all back together and lug it back to UPS.” Four minutes later another agent told me to fix/glue it back together myself for $20 refund. I responded to the the one who offered the full refund for all of the inconveniences. No response since. It’s been a few days. Crickets. Hope they are just both away and one will make this right. This has not been a good experience Thus far.Original review:This is the second mirror. Still no luck!! The first one came shattered in a million pieces. So much so that it sliced my hands up trying to get the box to UPS! Not to mention how heavy it was. Thankfully I was able to warn them so that they could glove up and didn’t get slivers of glass in their hands as well. We sent it back and a replacement came before Christmas. Thought we got lucky because Replacement appeared intact. Gave it to my daughter yesterday for Xmas. Went out to get the right anchor screws and thankfully decided to check it before putting holes in the wall. Lights would not come on. Buttons did not respond. Bluetooth was not existent. We tried several outlets just in case. Really did not want to return another! THEN I decided to tilt it forward to see if I was missing an on/off switch on the back. Suddenly the lights came on and Bluetooth connected! Buttons to control anything still did not respond. Could not turn volume up or down either. I tilted it forward again, lights dimmed and Bluetooth turned off. We can not be tilting this thing repeatedly to get it to work!! Plus buttons have not ever responded. A huge disappointment because now the cyber Monday sales are over and the company is gonna make me lug yet another to UPS to return. This was supposed to be my daughter “big Xmas gift.” Depending on how they respond I’ll adjust my review but if you don’t see an update then it means we never got a working mirror.
