Once the heat switch was on for the camphor. The light on the product just failed.
The light on the product failed at the first instance of the camphor heating being switched on.Low quality product.

sir , one of the two kapoordanis delivered on 14 jan sunday , is not in order . it is neither heated up nor lamp glowing . kindly arrange return & oblige. M/S DS ENTERPRISES was supposed to talk with us on the problem . but neither the DS nor any one from amazon , had any talk with us , since our reporting of defective piece , on 17 jan 24 . I have placed today for one more piece , vide order no .406852 5256-5528337. I f you feel that my problem is genuine , than kindly one more piece ( against replacement ) .alongwith todays order . or kindly refund Rs. 299 , to my . amazon pay balance . It stopped working itself. I used it only few times. The light glows but heating doesn't happen.

Was pleasantly surprised.on receiving this product , as it is not only very aesthetic looking but also serves the purpose quite well. . It has been working fine so far and I am going to but another piece soon.Happy with the product.
