Q: Do I print my logo on it from my printer and then heat press?

USAGE of 3D Puff HTV Heat Transfer Vinyl : 1.Create your designs on computer, select mirror image；Put the 3D puff htv heat transfer vinyl on carving machine, and adjust the pressure and velocity then click on button of engraving；2.Peel off the part you don't need；3.Put the carved patterns on the clothes, cover with teflon on it, then use heat press machine/home iron with temperature of 305°F/150°C for 15-20s seconds, then peel it off when warm.

Q: Is the ironed on result “sticky”. Would this be good to put on socks to make them non-slip?

No it’s not sticky I believe it would work for no slip socks

Q: Did I do something wrong? Mine didn’t really puff it wrinkled right away. I listened to the package instructions.

Mines didn’t either but I did use the iron. But today I will use my heat press and update with a picture.

Q: does the image need to be mirrored?

Yes. It’s just like other HTV, you have to cut it mirrored (shiny side down) so that you can iron it on after weeding.
