Love!!!
I wish I would have done this sooner! I’ve hated every facet of my kitchen since I bought my house and have been saving up for a gut job remodel. I stumbled across these and decided to give them a try as cosmetic update while I save up. So here’s my lengthy breakdown: I put these straight on top of the existing backsplash which is a mosaic of mostly glass with random ceramic tiles peppered in…this is important to note because it was super forgiving when I had to rip one of these tiles off. Believe me, you’re going to have to rip off at least one (or several) as you do your project. For removal I used 2 methods, both worked. The first was heating with a blow dryer to loosen the adhesive. Start at a corner then use a pliers to pry it up as you blow. There’s a thin metal layer in the tile and it will warm up. The other method was spraying Lysol kitchen pro degreaser at the edges and using the pliers. The degreaser was handy to get any stubborn adhesive and tile backing off once the tile was removed. But again, this was on a glass backsplash. I imagine the removal process would be way more precarious on drywall. For that reason I would absolutely not consider this a renter friendly option. The adhesive on these tiles are no joke. As soon as it brushes the wall, you’re committed. So, make sure you buy extra tiles in case things go off the rails :) I thankfully bought a tile cutter (pictured) from Lowe’s for like $40. Money well spent. You can absolutely cut these tiles with a box cutter or sturdy scissors, but it sped up the whole process to knock out precise straight cuts with one handle push. There’s a film on the front of the tiles to protect them as well as the sticker on the adhesive. Some reviews have called out that the protective film is difficult to remove and that there’s an aid included with the tiles to remove it. I bought 3 boxes, only 1 box included the helper. The film was easy to get off, but I could see it being a pain to deal with if you had manicured nails. I just happened to be on a break from having dipped nails. If I ever did this project again, I would make sure I had natural nails. I love the way the backsplash looks. It has brightened my kitchen dramatically and it makes me super happy to see the finished look. It’s inspired me to get a kit refinish the countertops.

Looks great
This project turned out better than I expected! I ended up using about a box and a half for tiling behind the utility sink in our laundry room. The front of the tiles come with a blue plastic protective coating that you must peel off. This is a bit time consuming since you it can be difficult to catch the edge to peel it off. The back side has a very strong double-stick tape adhesive that covers the entire back. The adhesive has a paper protective cover that you must also peel off. There is very little room for error, so go slowly and methodically. Once you fully stick the tile on the wall, it is virtually impossible to adjust it without pulling it off along with the top layer of drywall. Start at the top or the bottom and go row by row. Try to place cut edges in corners or where hidden. Of course that isn’t always possible. The tiles cut easily, but it is difficult to get them perfectly straight and/or level. If you’re tiling around something (like our window), you may want to make sure everything is square in advance of starting. I used the bottom of the window as my guide. If you look at the tile behind the top of the utility sink, you can see the is a slight angle to the tiles (shhh…don’t tell anyone) which I would have corrected for before starting if I knew.

Easy! Huge difference!
I hated the backsplash on our weekend house...so after 20 years I spent three hours changing the whole look. One photo shows the old fake wallpaper striped thing, the rest show the progression. I used scissors, a razor knife for non straight cuts but used a paper cropping thing to score the straight edges and it all worked out beautifully! I did have to pull a few off to reposition but had not pressed hard until I was sure it was okay. The look is beautiful! I still have more to do but wanted to share my experience. If these are as durable as they say, they are a game changer!

Pros and cons
I don't often write reviews, but I felt like this one could be helpful to others. These are very inexpensive and an easy way to update a fireplace.Pros, they're inexpensive and cut easily with scissors. They are very sticky so once placed, they are difficult to remove.Cons, they look cheap. They are linoleum and look like linoleum. During the day they look better because you can see the printed stone pattern, but at night they look black. Also, the cut edge is white and the sticky foam is white so when you cut a piece, you'll see it. I solved this problem by using a sharpie.I recommend the product because of the price point, but this is a temporary solution and not comparable to real stone. If the item was black when cut, I would give it five stars.

This is magic!
I was a bit curious about these but decided to buy two boxes and start working on the bathroom. Now I love them so much, I will be adding them to the other bathroom and kitchen too! I’ve read people have a problems removing the stickers, I thought they were easy to peel off. The quality is top notch, the color is consistent and it’s a thick product. They are easy to cut for corners too, so their sharp holds great!

Wonderful!
I’ve never done any kind of work like this and it couldn’t have been easier. If you need to cut and snap a piece to fit a certain area all you need is a carpenters knife. We have a fairly new home and for some reason the builders put no protection around the tops of our showers leaving it vulnerable to ruin and mold from the water. This resolved all the issues

Worked for my bathroom
I tiled my bathroom a few months ago… I’ll be using these for my kitchen next :) I did have some lifting around where the light fixtures are. I think that’s because of the pressure of how I tightened them though. I did get some all purpose home repair adhesive. I plan on applying adhesive as I go this time… Just to make sure I don’t have any lifting

Pretty rad for the price
These are so incredibly easy to use. It’s pretty awesome how cheap these are for what you get. They have a nice texture of “stone” and align really well. They snap with a straight edge cut easy. Really happy I didn’t have to rip out this awful wainscoting and do it over. Just went over top of it and it looks great.

Very easy to work with!
I installed these peel and stick tiles in my kitchen. Not only do they give off the appearance of real tiles, the installation of them was very easy and the adhesion seems to be excellent.I have had no issues with the tiles since they were installed 3 weeks ago.Highly recommend this product if you want the look of a tiled backsplash with out the expense or hassle of installing real tiles.Excellent product.

Adhesion is not holding the tiles within a few months
The horizontal surface is great. The tiles have stayed in place and are easy to clean. However, the vertical tiles are slipping down the adhesion. The adhesion is sticking to the surface of my shelf but the tiles aren't sticking to the adhesion.

Excellent, quick to use option
I have a work area to make cleaners and personal care products for my business. These adhere well, are very easy to apply and wipe clean. I had no issues at all with adhesion, all have stayed in place. I did ensure the wall was clean and dust free though. The stainless finish looks good, not cheap at all.
