Not mentioned in the product description, but the peel is 9 inches vs the usual 12 inch. Got this as a gift as my 12 inch made it harder to spin/turn the pizza in my Ooni oven. The 9 inch gives you more room to turn and prevent burning. 4 stars, subtracted one star as the handle portion with the hook can only be the second piece, so to hang it, you have to have the full handle.

Well made pizza peel. I use it for turning and removing pizzas from our Ooni pizza oven. Also works great to remove the fire box if necessary. Should last for years to come.

I was looking for a gift for my dad who is a self proclaimed Pizzaiolo. The pizza tastes great but he looks dumb in his large puffy hand aprons. So I wanted to find a long stick pizza peel. This one was only like 20 bucks and has real wood and metal. super long neck so he'll look like a real pizzaiolo taking the pizza out of the oven with a stick as long as the kitchen. this is great. thanks!
