installation took around 10-15 minutes, I followed the very detailed guide from iFixIt. This kit comes with all the tools you'll need to perform the repair, although I used some higher-quality tools I happen to own.The carmine red thumbsticks do NOT exactly match the color of the "Cosmic Red" controller, so beware of that. A week in, these feel good and are working fine.

I have order this item twice in the month of September. Starting Sept 5th and again Sept 27th. As of now I have yet to even see the order SHIPPED much less actually receive it to give a proper review.I intend to change my rating once I receive what I paid for. Im sure it will work great with my LED kit for my controller, but until then I am very unsatisfied with this product.EDIT: I tried again and finally got em. Comes with everything in the picture and they work and fit perfectly. The hard translucent material its made of (i think they call it plastic) is perfect for me since all my other rubber analog sticks wear away or break to easily. Then you’re left with that sharp hard plastic underneath which is terrible for the games I play.This wont have that issue ever. Worth the wait. Now to get some more colors.

Wasnt the best I could've gotten I'm not gonna lie, they arent brittle or uncomfortable like other people say but they just feel cheap and they feel like they could've had some extra material on top.

The picture of this item gives the impression that these sticks look like the soft touch velvety red products out there, but it's not. It's a dull tomato soup colored red with no gradient, shine or reflectiveness. It's basically an ugly deep, almost brownish red. Very different than the picture which appears to shine.

it's pretty much a replacement for the ps4 thumbstick.. it's a little rough but expected and you have to give it a good push down to properly apply it to the circuit(?)...

Firstly, they look good. Nice texture. Block out light well so only clear base lights up. These are super expensive so I thought they would be half decent. Much better than the 1$ cheap ones. No. The texture wore very quickly, which I may have lived with if then the rubber across the face started to come up. I'm not super aggressive on the sticks and never ever had a stick go like this. I have 3 of the colour change kits which are amazing. The sticks that come with them or you buy separately here look like the photos after approx 30 hours.

The joystick gets stuck when you move, and it not returns to its original position. I’ve been using cheaper replacements, and never had that problem before. Avoid

These fit just like the original thumbsticks. Videos on how to fit them are available on YouTube. Just take your time and you'll be fine.

The rubber is hard and almost hurts your thumbs… the plastic inners are not smooth so movement isnt as good.

Poor quality! Destroyed after 2 weeks of usage. Do not buy !
