This item is beautiful and great as a memorial for anyone who has lost a beloved cat, but the box arrived in horrible condition and luckily there is quite a bit of Styrofoam in the box to protect it.

The media could not be loaded.  Unfortunately mine arrived looking like a customer return, very dirty, scratched and no light, I reached out to OakiWay and they Immediately sent me a replacement! We are very impressed with the way they took care of us. Item looks so nice in the evening with the flickering candle effect as a shrine to my dear little girl who brought so much love and comfort over her 15 years with us.
