Great trampoline
This trampoline is great. We have had it for about a week now. First of all, we got the 16ft and it came in three boxes with two deliveries. When we got the first two boxes I began assembling it. From what I could tell, it looked as if the 3rd box we had not yet received may have just been the safety net. Once I got to installing the springs, I only had 30 in the first shipment. So you will not be able to even jump on it after the first two boxes. The next day we recieved the last box and it had the safety net along with the rest of the springs. I believe it was a total of 120? I don't remember at the moment. It was fairly easy to put together. Take note that not all leg extensions have holes and this is very important when it comes to installing the net. Otherwise you will have to swap the extensions around when you are trying to install the net. Ask me how I know? Lol. The safety net was probably the toughest area for me. I could not get the Styrofoam to feed into the sleeves along with the pole. It could have been the heat causing it to be too sticky but it fought me every step of the way. I believe they should maybe shrink the foam girth a little bit or enlarge the sleeves. In the end I just left the foam out and it turned out good. And for anyone looking to purchase this trampoline, you should definitely purchase the cork screw anchors as well. It was pretty windy after I completed the trampoline and with the anchors, it didn't even try to budge. I know the rules says that you should only have 1 person on the trampoline at a time but we all couldn't resist. We had two adults and a child on it and it held up just great. Overall a little pricey but I'm all about quality and I think we got what we paid for.

Nice trampoline.
We had it assembled a few weeks ago. It was just me and my son. It took us a couple of hours. There was a video on line how to assemble it. We watched that first, then we didn’t need to read the instructions. Feels heavy and sturdy. Kids are enjoying it.

We looked long and hard for a good quality, affordable trampoline
We finally settled on this product, held our breath, and bought it. That was on April 24th, 2019 and am writing this review nearly 3 YEARS after buying this trampoline. You can click on my ID and see that I do not write hardly any reviews on products, but this story had to be told. We had no idea at that time, but this product and this company - especially the customer service rep named Pearl - exceeded our expectations in every way. Our friends had bought other brands that were less expensive but they didn't last. This trampoline has provided untold hours of fun for my kids over 3 years, and has even survived being blown and tossed across 2 acres of land and into a highway during a near tornado level thunderstorm with hail and very high winds. It was damaged, but amazingly still intact. Ands that's where Pearl came in. About 3 or 4 weeks ago, I emailed the company through Amazon and told them what happened and Pearl responded back right away and said she was so sorry to hear what happened and would be happy to help me get the parts I needed to repair it. She sent me a parts diagram and I made my list. She then replied back and APOLOGIZED that they were going going to have to charge me for "some" of the parts I needed as their warranty didn't really cover damage by storms! Of course it didn't- whose warranty does? So I sent her the list - we needed some springs, new poles, foam insulation, and all the mounting hardware. Within 24 hrs Pearl replied back to me with the cost, again apologizing that they had to charge me. So I looked over the bill and my jaw just dropped--INCLUDING SHIPPING it came to....ready?....55.00. FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS....are you kidding me?? I couldn't take my family out to lunch for that. I will stop here and end just by saying that if this trampoline ever does finally die, I know where our next one is coming from. This product and this company have really gone above and beyond. Thank you again, Pearl - for everything you did and for the smiles that are now back on my kid's faces!

Great Purchase!
We purchase the ORCC 15FT trampoline 7 months ago. I had researched painstakingly for months prior to the purchase, trying to comb through reviews and figuring out which one was going to be the best bang for our buck. I am very happy we went with this one and have zero issues or gripes. It has held up wonderfully so far. We have 5 kids under 13, then you throw in the random 2-3 neighbor kids or cousins that come over...it has definitely seen some use! I am not going to try and sound technical or get into specifics that you can find in the product description, but I will say the things that I personally like about it compared to others that I have seen either online or that friends / family have.First, it does seem to have a firmer bounce than other trampolines, perhaps due to the extra springs. I don't see this as a negative, and actually find that my kids are less likely to get thrown all over the place like on looser trampolines when they are bouncing together (I know, I know...only 1 person at a time lol). My kids still get plenty of air when jumping, and obviously the older ones get more than the younger, but there have not been any issues of not being able to flip or do handsprings, etc because it is too stiff.Second, I am a HUGE fan of the netting going on the outside of the springs / spring cover. It literally adds that much more space inside the trampoline (apx 1 ft), making it feel much roomier than other trampolines. When the kids are playing, often they will have one at a time doing a "routine" while the others watch. They can simply sit on the blue spring cover and are basically out of the way, instead of having to sit on the side of the jumping mat when the netting is inside the springs / spring cover, making it more crowded (remember, there are 5 of them).Third, as far as "eyesores-we-deal-with-for-our-kids", this one isn't bad. Many of the poles on other trampolines are curved at the top and the netting kind of hangs awkwardly down toward the frame. That really bothers me. A lot. This one is sleek and clean looking. the poles are nice and straight, the netting is a great fit straight down and the overall look of it is much nicer than many I looked at. I would say that my only wish would be that the pole cover fabric (not netting which is black) would be offered in something more subtle that would blend in with the landscaping - bright blue kind of screams for attention. I am not sure if there are specific reasons why blue seems to be a color of choice of many trampolines, but black, grey, or dark green would be a nice option to offer (for the spring cover fabric as well actually) for those of us trying to keep life nice-looking with kids things taking over our lives.ISSUES: Not many really. It was a beast for us to put together only because we created a space for it on a hill and had to level the ground. If we started on a flat surface, I think anyone with some common sense who has assembled anything before would be able to do fine. I don't remember the instructions at this point, but I feel like they were not the best, thus the need for common sense. The netting is tricky for sure, because you have to get the pole covers over foam and those 2 things don't want to play nicely together at all. I am not sure if there could be improvement with the materials / design here, but we basically ended up using heavy duty tape to secure the foam to the poles at the bottom so they wouldn't slide up at all, and then we shimmied the fabric on much like you would pull up a pair of nylons / tights (a little at a time.) After doing one post and deciding to secure the foam with tape, we found the others to go much quicker.Lastly, I would say that it is incredibly sturdy, however, I also must add that we do have 3 of the legs buried in the ground about 1 ft (our leveling issues actually paid off here lol) as well as stakes holding on the other 3. I cannot speak to how sturdy it would be if it were just on the ground, but with it being partially buried like we have it, this thing barely moves when multiple kids are jumping or running around it like crazy.I am incredibly happy with this purchase and I feel like we absolutely got a great quality product that didn't break the bank, which makes it even better!
