Dell as usual scores high on quality and durability. Fantastic screen with anti glare feature. Lightweight due to ssd and no optical drive. Only drawback is 256gb ssd but works well for daily browsing and office apps. Screen swivels to raise the body by half inch to allow cooling. Only hitch is that it needs solid surface to operate as heat vents are at the bottom surface.

Very bad damaged goods sent It has been just 05 days since I purchased this Dell New 15 Intel i3-1115G4 Laptop, 8GB, 256GB SSD, Windows 10 + MS Office, Integrated Graphics, 15.6 inches FHD Display, Carbon Color (Inspiron 3511, D560581WIN9BE), 1.8kg. Invoice MH-BOM7-1034-2122 15/01/2022 Delivered on 17/01/2022 The seller listed for this product is Appario Retail Private Ltd from Amazon.The screen hinge was super weak on 21/01/2022 when I opened my laptop the side covering from the left side just tore off like a cardboard paper immediately called up and made a complaint they assured me hand to hand replacement delivery of laptop at my place on 22/01/2022 till 9 P M.Delivery agent was not responding to my call and tried 64 times every time it was busy, complained about customer service they assured me on Saturday and on Sunday i will receive and reconfirmed addresses they said don’t worry will reach by 9 PM. Without my concern amazon people are taking decisions even not bothered to call me also. Now I am waiting for full refund really it is pathetic serviceI don't expect such a poor product from Dell or does Amazon stock a substandard product and sell it at discount as a new product. Serious Design fault Flaw hinges broken within 5 days’ I think I am trapped in newly launched model of dell inspiron 3511. Dell is the number 1 laptop and is known for his durability but this model is really very pathetic. I purchased this laptop only considering Amazon, That time I was not aware that this is the biggest problem of this model. Don't buy this laptop if you are going to spend your hard earned money. Please see other brands and models. I would have given zero have posted pictures of the current state of this laptop so that others can be saved from such a horrid experience.

i am writing this review after 4 months of usage ...the hinges broken suddenly, i am not able to open the laptop now ...very delicate and please dont buy this laptop

Good to use. After usage of 3 months it's pretty good. And before buying this lap check the ssd storage.check whether It is sufficient for you or else you need to add additional harddisk by external.

hinges broken on the same day when i open the laptop first time.I believed that Dell laptop are very known for his durability but i was trapped in newly launched model of dell inspiron 3511.this model is really very pathetic and have design issues also.After purchase I fought for more then a month with customer care ,they replied and supported me but the person who responsible for pick up (ware house) are very pathetic and rude with customer .always they denied to me for pickup (return) from my house and told me like we can not pick up due to the higher authorities denied to us.So Finally i take the help of the Social media department and within the 15 days ,I got the refund of my full payment.So again i am not against with amazon customer care department but this thing is happen with me but in future anyone can be a part of this.so please support them because even after money is very hard to earn for everyone and the second thing is trust on amazon.Don't buy this laptop if you are going to spent your hard earned money. Please see other brands and models. Don't have less than 1 star otherwise I would have given zero.

Dome reviews indicated backlit keyboard but that is not true for this particular model. Otherwise it's true to spec and nice laptop. Comes with lots of support software's provided by Dell.

Did not know that Dell uses such substandard materials for their laptops. Immense care is taken in handling the laptop and still a hinge just broke on its own in less than two months of the purchase.

I am going to consumers court and I will file report against dell for selling product with design flaw.
