This mat is fantastic! It came with a strap holder, and it's not too thin. Im 5'8 as a woman, so it was hard to find a long enough mat for my limbs! it's not too narrow either, before getting this, I was using foam pieces that fit together in my basement that our cat tore up, so this is a step up. If you're looking for a mat that's good quality and under $30 this is a very good choice, I do have to warn though that it is eco-friendly and such and will crack and decompose over time! I'm not sure how long this mat will last, but if you're looking for one that will last for years you may want to keep looking!

Ordered three of those mats for our home gym, mat looks beautiful and is great to use. Reason for 4* is that only one out of the three came with the strap.

Worth the purchase

So this mat is super thick and does not hurt my knee when kneeling but they never sent the strap with the item so keeping it closed is going to be hard because it keeps unraveling. Really wish the straps came with it so I could keep it. The description does state that it come with straps but it didn't.

I’m happy with this mat!

it’s good quality and much better on your knees and wrists that thinner mats. It actually does protect your knees to the point where I rarely need to use a blanket under my knees. My hands slip a little bit when I’m using it if I’m sweaty, but nothing too crazy. It absorbs sweat if you happen to lay a sweaty forehead right on there. The sweat will be there for a bit but will get absorbed by the mat eventually and won’t stain. I would never go back to my old $12 yoga mat that had zero padding what so ever. If you don’t want to drop a ton of money on a yoga mat, this is a good one to go with. It’s also pretty light!

So the mat is good for last minute which was how I even saw it. I'm tall with long limbs lol. It about a half inch more narrow than the one my son ruined that I was absolutely in love with. The reason for 4 stars is because it slides every single time... I use it cardio, pilates and strength training.. I kept it cause I really needed one at the time and I'm just trying to get my money worth at this point lol.. I will say that if I had more time I would've gotten something else.. It's not bad I just need something a little wider that doesn't slip... 4 stars is being generous but I think it'll work for a shorter people
