I ordered this to be used for massaging knee pain. It’s comfortable in the hand making it easy to use. Once it gets cold it stays cold for a long time. Some reviews complained that it didn’t stay cold long for a long time, it does. What most don’t understand is that your body gets used to the cold temperature and it doesn’t feel as cold as it did when it’s first used.
