My husband loves bacon jerky so I tried this. He loved it but complained that the contents were so small.

Small portion for price but pretty good stuff

As someone who avidly seeks out new flavors of beef jerky on the regular, and as someone who loves spicy food, this is something I was truly looking forward to trying!1 :: Allergens---------------------------All jerky seasoning used in this product contains onions; it's one of the top ingredients and exists in both powder and granulated form.Worcestershire sauce is an ingredient and one of the primary ingredients in this sauce is anchovies. Keep this in mind if you have a seafood allergy.2 :: Flavor---------------------------Fantastic! This jerky is highly-seasoned and it's going to get all over your fingers, enjoy it. If you're not a fan of food with high levels of seasoning, however, this jerky may not be for you. In comparison to Jack Links, the seasoning on this jerky is about 10x more (using JL as most everyone is familiar with them since they are everywhere).3 :: Meat---------------------------Soft, chewy, a bit moist; no tough, stringy pieces. If you're not a fan of moist beef jerky, this likely won't be for you. If you enjoy beef jerky that melts in your mouth and is extremely tender, this jerky is definitely for you.4 :: Heat---------------------------Heat levels are subjective and will vary depending on your spice tolerance.If you find cracked peppercorns too hot, anything above the Cracked Pepper jerky is going to be too hot. Likewise, if you find that eating anything with Habanero pepper flakes, powder, or pepper pieces to be too hot, the same will be true for the Habanero jerky.Where the spice really kicks up a notch is with the Ghost and Carolina Reaper jerky. While neither are as hot as eating the actual peppers fresh, they do have a kick and if you have low spice tolerance, I'd likely avoid them.I've ate spicy food for quite some time, with Carolina Reaper mash being a staple ingredient in many foods I enjoy. I didn't find the jerky overly hot, though it's all subjective and what is not hot to me may very well be for you. What enables one to eat spicier and spicier foods is time and scaling heat up over said time. Few people start out eating Carolina Reaper peppers the first time they try hot peppers.The best advice here is try small pieces and have milk and bread handy to reduce the effects of the capsaicin if you find it to be overpowering.5 :: General---------------------------As the jerky is moist, one thing to keep in mind is that moisture means that if not eaten in a reasonable amount of time, it will begin to mold. Keep this in mind -- moist jerky molds faster than jerky that has been dried for extended periods of time. It's not the vendors fault -- open what you'll eat and eat it within a reasonable amount of time.Overall, this jerky is great and for anyone with a love for spice, this is a great buy.The docking of one star here is because they do not call out known allergens in the Amazon description. This should not be left to customers having to ask vendors; it should be called out by the vendor.

I chase fire. I love spicy foods. I love spicy beef jerky’s. But this was like chewing small pieces of spicey fat. Eat spicy chicharrones instead. 2 star for good spice but 0 star for the jerky.

First if you are ordering the 3 pack, it is very misleading. It’s 3, 1oz bags. The picture is 3, 2oz bags. So $27 for 3 ounces of jerky. Each bag is maybe 3-4 pieces. They do taste great but they are also precooked slices. The kind you’d buy in any grocery store in the freezer section. I’m not gonna name all the other jerky that is better but there is a lot of bacon jerky on here that is actual cooked bacon that’s taste awesome and is cheaper. Again, taste great, but not worth the price.

Husband loved this jerky and so did our kids all of them agreed it was spicy but had great taste.

Different flavors and taste

I purchased this for my spicy food loving boyfriend. He ate all them without breaking a sweat and wanted more!! His only complaint was that the bags were to small and didn't havd a lot in them.
