Q: Will it fit my samsung note 9 with samsung note 9 case? overall my phone measures 3 1/8" x 6 5/8"

I used mine only for cash and credit cards. I have an iPhone 8 and it does not fit. Cell phones would just make it look more noticeable. As it is with just credit cards and cash. People sees it on my wrist and ask me what happened. I have to tell them it’s where I keep my driver license in it. It’s a whole lot better than hauling a purse everywhere.

No there is no hole but the zipper may be left little bit open for the cord

The one I got is 4" x 4.5 inches when laying flat. It was lime green, I don't know if the other colors are different dimensions.

Q: Is it waterproof or moisture wicking? Want to keep money and credit cards in it whilst on jungle hiking as well as around towns.

No on the waterproof. It is comfortable and will hold a smaller phone. I liked the zipper pouch to keep stuff secure
