so far easy to assemble. rode it for the first time from work to home... took 24 minutes to get home versus walking for 55 minutes. very comfortable and climbs hills with ease. down side however is the charger that comes with it is cheaply made and blew while charging battery. there is no reset button on charger so ended up looking up company and model number of scooter and ordering a new charger. No assembly instructions! The basket was a bit complicated to figure out. Instruction book is worthless!

Too heavy for a 75 and 80 year old couple. Great design, practice, if you have the strength to lift it.

The price is very competitive. Instructions were NOT complete. They did not have instructions for setting up the baskets. The stability of the scooter is a concern. Scooter rolled over twice while making a sharp turn.

The product had a problem, but the seller took care of the problem very efficiently. 2 stars for the product but 5 stars for the seller.

Don’t waste your money buying this scooter. I worked for a medical equipment company and this scooter is way over priced for its poor quality. Had to get another basket sent due to not being able to attach it, second basket sent… now the basket is attached but unable to put the seat on! Feels like the handle control is about to rip from the scooter. Really bad quality.
