Replacement Caps, 56mm, for The Dairy Shoppe®- (12, 56 MM)

The caps snap right on and stay in place. I turned the bottle every which way I could and nothing leaked out. Wish they came in different colors but I understand how white makes sense for milk.

The original bottles have been great for storing made-at-home drinks or water in the fridge, and these caps fit well. The only problem is that they eventually develop a crack down the side. The exact reason for this is unclear.

These are fine for limited use...I use the glass bottles for my drinking water. I made the mistake of trying to wash the caps in the dishwasher, which weakened the plastic considerably. Now I hand wash them, which is no big deal. Overall satisfied.

The tab is short and that makes the cap more difficult to remove when the bottle comes out of the fridge. They work great otherwise and prevent leaks, as they should.

Not giving it a 5 star just for one reason. Was hard to see in the description that these caps are used two different ways: the first is the initial snap on, for the first time using them. They will snugly fit over the bottle opening which is great, but are designed to have a peel bottom open system. Meaning for the first use you need to pull the pull tab at the bottom, ripping it off the cap, and peeling it off all around. This scared me because I thought that they were going to end up being usable just once. After using it the first time I rewashed the cap, let it dry, and then stored it near the bottles I had. I went back to use the bottle and the cap does snap back on; snug but not as snug as the initial use. Therefore for a multiple use don;t expect this to hold the liquid for the bottle in where you could be able to transport it and move it around a lot. Use it, it works fine if just putting the bottle in your fridge. If you have kids that might not understand how to get it on there snugly just be aware when you're reaching back in the fridge to get it and use it that the top doesn't pop off.

I got these for a vintage milk bottle, they unfortunately did not fit, I wasn't sure they would to begin with, but they arrived timely and we're in perfect condition, just my own mistake and the return process has been super simple! I do highly recommend!

These work great for storing home mixed half and half. You do have to warm them slightly before affixing them, so they are pliable. But after that, they seem to detach and reattach well. I do suggest purchasing a pour spout as well, if you use these bottles daily.

Theses cap are simple to use, easy to clean and seal very well, can not ask for more.

J'aime faire le jus dans des pots de lait recyclés. Mes couvercles étant abîmés, j'ai pris du temps à trouver ceux-ci. Ils sont juste ce dont j'avais besoin, à prix abordable.
