Perfect beginning book to learn about Helen Keller. Exactly as perfect as I would expect from National Geographic!!! Recommend without reservation!!! Every school library should have this book!!!

My 2nd gr granddaughter loved the book. It boosted her reading interest. It is well written with good pictures.

I loved the pics and illustration, but it could have used more text and a few less pictures.

Helps the children of today think about their blessings and what it is like to have such a physical challenge as Helen Keller had and how she overcame it.

The information is easy for kids to follow and the pictures are great!

This has a good amount of information and pictures and is from a trustworthy publisher.

Story interesting, informative for my 5 year old and adults too! However the English is not correct so no good for UK children. I assume it is American English!
