Prier 630-8500 Wall Hydrant Complete Service Kit

Had a 400 series faucet that was leaking from the screw and the vacuum seal. This kit has all the parts to fix both issues. Took about 15 minutes. Some reviews say the parts aren't the same, that the rubber disc is graphite, etc. By first glance they did not appear to be but on close examination the old parts were the same just fused together with time and color had changed from age and wear. My old disc was also graphite substance even though it appeared to be rubber. Long way to say no leaks anywhere after using this kit.

Take picture before you take it apart. Measure the stem in case you need that next. Pictures on the box are ok, but not the best to figure which parts you need, and where they go. It worked great day 1. My issue was more that I couldn't turn it on, the 500 series is spring loaded and I think it was getting stuck off. The shaft is worn, so the springy part may get stuck again, but worked great today. New Unit it not much more money, but I would have to sweat the pipe in. So, if this works, i'm a happy guy.
