Bought the charcoal and beige. They are really well made. They are thick and very warming. There is only one thing or two that's inconsistent.. the charcoal is bigger and thicker than the beige. It's like one is Large and the other one is Medium or maybe the darker colors are for men and the lighter one's are for women. Other than that, these are great quality buy and would still fit comfortably even with some sizing differences.

I’ve always wanted a hat like this, and I finally decided to buy one for my trip to Iceland. If I have to bundle up, I might as well look cute, right? I landed on this brand after vetting reviews, and I’m really glad that I did, so I’m writing a review myself. I had to buy a lot of cold weather/weatherproof items for this trip, and this was by far my favorite purchase. This kept me super warm with the fleece lining, and I was really impressed with the quality, thickness of the cable, and how well the pompoms were sewn on. We were whipped with wind while we hiked the volcano- the wind was so strong that it could have ripped the pompoms clear off, but the pompoms stayed intact. Might even buy a second color, because now this one holds so much nostalgia for me :o)

Love this hat! I ordered it last year, and just ordered a new one again for myself and another as a Christmas gift! Its warm and sturdy, its not a cheap hat, its quality made, and even cuter in person!

Update 1/8/23: the company immediately responded and offered to fix the problem. They were kind, courteous, quick to respond and very generous. I was quite impressed and it has encouraged me to continue purchasing products from this company. Great customer service.The hat is soft and comfortable. The pom-poms are adorable. My only complaint is that the color has a slightly yellowish/greenish tint to it, making it not nearly as cute as what was in the picture. It does not match my other winter gear as I hoped it would because of the odd shade.

This is a super cute hat! I would recommend this as it is made really well and is adorable. Fits great!
