This coffee machine is very smartly designed and sturdily built. The three adapters are easy to change, and all three work beautifully, with original Nespresso pods, Dolce Gusto pods and ground coffee. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a versatile, easy-to-use Nespresso/espresso machine.Another reviewer said the coffee isn’t very hot, a criticism that baffles me. Like any espresso machine, it boils water to produce steam, which can’t be any hotter than 100 degrees Celsius (212 degrees Fahrenheit).

I love this machine. The coffee came with the foam on the top as espresso has to. The option of using capsules or ground coffee is what I like the most. When my family comes to visit, I buy a variety capsules of nespresso and they love it. I personally use ground coffee (lavazza) every morning and the taste is excellent. After 6 months, the machine started leaking and I contacted customer service. They answered immediately and fixed the problem. So, I give 5 stars for the machine and 5 stars for customer service too.

Well, it does'nt brew very hot ☹️ but i'm keeping it its really nice, and i've brewed all 3 coffee, very comfortable for kitchen space...

Highly recommend it. Beautiful design well made it’s perfect for small space, easy to use. I love the fact that I can switch from one adapter to the next with ease. coffee is extremely hot at the right temperature to brew and bring out the flavor of the The espresso coffee. The adapters are extremely well-made and I definitely and extremely recommend this for anyone it is worth every penny.There has been some talk about temperature as well as it’s flimsy I strongly disagree and I do mean strongly disagree with every person who gave it a one starAnd I also would like to thank Stephen William. I am taking stars of my original review. Below are my original posts. I still think it is a very well planned machine but, unfortunately, after more than one year using the replacement I was sent, the machine still leaks coffee when using the ground coffee tray. I have been using fine ground espresso coffee (as indicated), I never fill the cup beyond the mark, and there is no apparent issues with the fitting of the tray. Now the machine leaks abundantly 9 out of 10 times. See the last photo I have posted. No problem though if using Nespresso or Dolce Gusto capsules. Another issue for me: the temperature is never as high as I have my coffee to be, and I end up putting the mug in the microoven for 30 sec.I bought this coffee maker to replace a Dolce Gusto Piccolo that started to leak (about 10 years of use!) and I did not manage to fix it. To my surprised this one is much better: 19 bars of pressure (against 15 of the Picollo) and much more flexible working great with Dolce Gusto, Nespresso, and ground coffee. It solves that by offering three different interchangeable trays. The coffee comes out tasting great and foamy, even when using ground coffee (the Piccolo never did that!). However three design problems bother me: a normal coffee mug does not fit without removing the tray (the mug has to lay awkwardly unbalance on a plastic base), it is hard to control the amount of water in your coffee (as opposed to the Piccolo), and it is hard to take the ground coffee metal container from its tray for cleaning. A nice compact design for my small kitchen.PS: After two weeks of happiness, the disappointment: coffee started to leak when using the ground coffee tray option. I tried several times and the leak continued. See the photos.PS 2: After posting the PS above relating the problem, their customer service got in touch with me. They were very helpful, asked me to send pictures to study the problem, and offered a new coffee maker which arrived a week ago. So far no problems. Great and very responsive customer service.

Well! So much for the cold coffee, Now its leaking all over. Making an expresso takes quite a while because of all the cleaning I have to do as it leaks all over and I cannot seem to stop it. Still brews colder than normal and I have to pop it in the microwave to heat it.Disappointed at the reliability. Not very good when expresso leaks out and causes a mess.Reached out to zoksun. Typical stalling tactics. They want a video or a photo of coffee leaking out. I will send them a photo with this no good coffee machine in the dumpster. Thats what its worth now. Do not buy this unless you want a mess and throw it away after 6 months.

This little machine makes the best expresso I have ever had. Roast my beans using peabeery and the creama is the best. Use grounds not capsuls.

I love my 3 in 1. It makes a great ristretto or llungo. For my personal tastes, it makes a great cup. Enough pressure to produce a beautiful aroma and crema on each up. And I love that it comes with multiple inserts to use different sized coffee capsule or make my own. Priced right and size is perfect for my office.
