Corelle Service for 6, Chip Resistant, Sand Sketch dinner plates, 18-piece

My mom and grandma always only had Corelle dishes growing up, so I knew when I had my own kitchen and own dishes they had to be Corelle too! I was a bit worried that this would be a "they don't make them like they used to" situation, but I'm happy to report that these dishes are just as beautiful and durable as ever! (As tested by dropping a dinner plate on our concrete patio outside, the plate is intact and uncracked!) I purchased two service for 4 sets and one service for 6 sets minus the mugs, and it's the perfect amount of dishes for my household. I can't recommend these dishes enough!

I like Corelle. We use it on our sailboat and our travel trailer, but didn't think it looked good enough for our home. We've been using some large, heavy, but attractive dishes at home, and finally got tired of them...like lugging tombstones around the kitchen. This Corelle pattern is one of their least expensive, and didn't come with mugs (which we don't need), so this set is ideal for us. Very happy with our Corelle set, and now we'll just use our fancy, square dishes for special occasions.

I have kids and our ceramic plates were due to be replaced. These plates stack evenly, the pattern is a light brown finish with no blemishes in the 2 boxes I purchased. The bowls are small but will be fine for fruit and such. They microwave fine but do get hot so be careful. All in all a great price for durability and modern day appeal without breaking the bank.

No broken or chipped plates or bowls. Printing is perfect. Saw a lot of reviews with smashed and stained (?) plates so felt a balanced report would settle your doubts. I think folks are more likely to post when they have a negative experience.Very happy with my purchase. Made in USA.Update: I’ve been using these for 2 years now. They have held up with use and still look like new. I do not have a dishwasher so I’ve been washing them by hand, so maybe that helps. However, I did drop one of the little dishes while rinsing it in my porcelain sink, watched it bounce around expecting it to shatter, but it survived without even a chip. Pretty impressed with that.

I really love this pattern which, easily transitions from the kitchen table to a formal dining room and still looks tasteful. The plain white coffee mugs are sturdy and just large enough, without being overly heavy.

They don’t take much room which is great for campers. We were a little concerned about how thin they were and scared that they wouldn’t last long. Though they are still in perfect condition after a week long hunting trip and being jerked around in the RV.

This set came in the original Corelle packaging and nothing was broken. The "salad plates" are pretty small...but the dimensions are clearly listed-it is exactly as advertised. I have run them thru the dishwasher and all is well. I was tired of seeing my heavily chipped stoneware set. I knew the plates were going to be thin and light, but I'm hoping that is how they keep from chipping.

Very happy to find a set of Corelle dishes within my price range. Bought them to replace the old chipped stoneware sets or at least what was left of the two sets. I love them.

Bought these as a gift for my mother for her birthday. She picked them out and I didn't love them at first, however when we got them I changed my mind. They are light and durable, and the colour is a bit lighter than the picture, which I like more. Would reccomend. Great dishes.

I felt weird buying plates on Amazon but i just loved this pattern and couldn't find it elsewhere. Great quality of course (they are Corelle after all). I love the pattern, its subtle but still cute, goes with most everything. Will have these dishes forever!

I have always loved Corelle products. We bought 2 sets of these for every day use. They are durable, lightweight and look nice but they are a bit small for some food dishes.

Always loved Correl. Lightweight and durable. Just couldn’t find a nice modern pattern. This Sandsketch is gorgeous! Like a taupe color. Will be perfect for dressing my Christmas Table and everyday use as well.

There are durable, very lightweight and a great value. They're a bit on the smaller side which works well for our family, and keeps your food portions in check. Really happy with this product!
