I have struggled with some light acne, splotchy dry skin, and now in my 40s, some old scarring and faint age spots. I randomly stumbled upon this company while looking for something for my teenagers' skin*, and I decided to give their glycolic serum a try for myself. I used it once a day in the evening on my face and neck after cleansing for the first couple of weeks. I had no bad reaction and now I also used it sometimes in the morning before moisturizing. It took about 2 weeks until I began to notice the beneficial results... My skin has become so smooth! Now, I hardly wear any make-up, and I get compliments on my "glow." My husband told me this morning my skin looks "younger" and he is going to try it too. I will still get a small pimple or blackhead here or there, but they disappear so fast. I do not normally take the time to write reviews, but I have not ever used a cosmetic product that worked so fast and well! I love this stuff. *My teens are using the Divulge salicylic acid serum and their skin is more clear also.

I originally bought this serum because I was hoping to clear up some stubborn blemishes. It worked for that and more. From the first use, I noticed my skin looked more moisturized and softer. Then after continued use, I could see some of the fine lines smoothing out and my pores shrinking. I did experience peeling around my mouth area because I was using it every day in the beginning. After experiencing this, I stopped application for a few days and was able to continue with no problems on an every other day schedule. I love how my face is now clearer and smoother than before I started using it..

My acne has cleared up, but that may be due to the antibiotic my doctor prescribed. All I can say about this is that my skin feels smoother and that this lotion stings a bit, so it's doing something, right?

So very happy with this product. I've used Alpha Hydroxy for over 30 years but the brand has gotten really expensive. Im pleased that this product works just as great AND it's from a minority women owned business. The instructions say to use in the morning but wait 20 minutes before applying moisturizer/sunscreen. This doesnt work for my morning routine so I apply at night after cleansing. OMG first morning I woke up with the softest skin and dark spots are fading after 2 nights of use. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

I use a couple of serums from same brand, love the texture, how it applies and dries on the skin.
