Q: Are these working good with Ab drills in diamond painting

I've only used this with round drills and it is GREAT.... will be trying the square drills at a later date.

Q: Does it come with a box for the extra peices ?

No box but it does come with small zip lock bag for extra pieces

Q: Are all the tips metal or just the round and square tips?

Yes, only the round and square tips are complete metal. The bottom of the others are metal holding the plastic tips.
