Great product, T8 is rather large, terrible customer support
The T8 and X8 are extremely easy to use. The T8 is quite large. I also own a Noco for my other vehicle and it’s approximately half the size of the Fanttik. I would have given these products 4 or 5 stars, however, they never mailed out the X8 and I had to open a dispute through PayPal to force them to mail the X8. I received the T8 but, for some reason they mailed the X8 separately. I only received one tracking number, which was for the T8. I quickly emailed Fanttik the same day and again the following day, I never received a reply to either email. I also called Fanttik everyday, for 5 days straight, never received a phone call back. It wasn’t until I opened an item not received case through PayPal that I then received the X8 2 days later in the mail. Overall, it’s a good product but, their customer support is absolutely awful! If you are going to buy any of their products, be sure to use PayPal as your form of payment, it will greatly help you in case there is any issues with the product or delivery.
